SolidX:      Iliad Funds Solutions, LLC (or “Iliad”, d/b/a “Disruptor Nation”) has been retained by SolidX Management LLC (or “SolidX”) to publicize the offering of the securities of its parent company, Atakama Inc., and to provide related services supportive of that effort. Total consideration is as follows. As of February 28, 2025, Iliad has received cash compensation via monthly retainer for the total sum of $23,000. Total aggregate cash consideration could reach an estimated maximum of $117,000 over the course of the engagement. In addition, Iliad has received the benefit of approximately $20,000 worth of web development services from SolidX. Iliad has not received any compensation in the form of SolidX or Atakama Inc. securities. All payments have been, and are expected to continue to be, made by Atakama Inc. Services provided by Iliad to SolidX include the contents of this website and other related communications that we release concerning SolidX and/or Atakama.
